3. PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public institutions and authorised private persons for the purposes listed below, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated under the Law and within the scope of the personal data processing and transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

4. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected electronically by our Company through the website or the relevant application for the purposes listed above and is shared with the relevant location in order to provide services to you. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
As a personal data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request that the actions taken within this scope be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to request that the actions taken within this scope be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your applications regarding the rights listed above to our Company by completing the eOfis Ofis Hizmetleri Data Subject Application Form, which can be accessed at https://www.eofis.com.tr. Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days. However, if the processing of your request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
